3. What are your business hours?
Our hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

5. Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we offer consultations to help you plan and design your event or space. Please contact us by phone or email to schedule.
6. Do you offer custom fabrication?
Yes, we offer custom fabrication services to help you create unique and personalized decor for your event or space.
7. Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with the pick-up location and hours of operation.
8. Can I pick up my plant immediately?
No, please schedule a pick-up time in advance. We require 48 hours notice for all pick-ups.
9. What happens after I purchase?
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to schedule your pick-up. Please note that we require a 48 hour notice for all pick-ups & Our pick-up hours are Monday - Friday between 7:30 AM - 4 PM EST & Our Pick-up Location is 1510 Hwy 85 North, Building "C" Fayetteville, GA 30214
10. What do I need to bring when picking up my order?
When you arrive for your scheduled pickup, please have your order confirmation email handy and a valid ID matching the name on the order. This will help us quickly locate and process your purchase.
11. What if someone else is picking up my order?
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please let us know in advance and provide us with their name and contact information.
12. How long is the rental period?
Our rental period is one week.
13. Do I have to pick up my rental plant?
No, we offer delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Delivery and pick-up within a 50-mile radius are $300.00 each. Installation and strike services are available at extra charges.
*Note, we do not provide delivery for pick-up items.
14. What services do you provide?
We offer a variety of services, including custom fabrication, decor, plant sales and rentals, artificial florals, and custom designs.
15. Can I visit your greenhouse?
No, our greenhouse at Trilith Studios is not available to the public but you may tour it here.
16. Do you have a venue space?
No, we do not offer a venue space at this time.
